Jim White, BS - BME

Jim K White, BME, is a research specialist in the Department of Radiology. He graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. Since joining the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006, he has served as a research specialist for the Department of Ophthalmology, the Tumor Ablation Lab, and the Abdominal Image-Guided Interventions Laboratory. His research interests include thermal and non-thermal ablative energy delivery, numerical modeling for multiphysics simulation, and imaging feedback and analysis for minimally invasive and non-invasive ablation.
